You should be able to find out some information on the State's DMV website. As an example, California's is listed below. They have a section on Road conditions:

http://www.dmv.ca.gov/

If you are going through any National Parks, they usually list road conditions on their websites also. Good luck.

Agree, if you are talking about pavement condition -- it still is one of my favorite places to ride anyway.



I have bent 3 wheels on my Ducati 900SS on Utah potholes -- 2 to the point they had to be replaced. Of course that could be juat that Ducati uses crappy wheels on this bike. I know a couple of others who also have bent wheels. The lighter Marchesini wheels on the 916/996/998/748 series seem to get bent less often.
