Idiots try to enforce a local helmet law in the face of voluminous case law that denies cities the right to pass laws that interfere with State Law. The people should demand that the politicians pay the legal fees personally. In any case the idiots could reduce the annoyances by using existing laws like noise abatement laws and ticket/impound all the open drag pipes and open race cans. That's what they were all exercised about. Just enforce existing laws.
