No.

And your internals will start to corrode as the moisture is adsorbed (not absorbed) in all the nooks and crannies of the braking system.

It's like asking "Is a GL-5 Gear Oil better for my transmission than a GL-4?"

Silicone fluid can destroy the seals of systems not designed for it. DO NOT use any fluid other than the manufacturer's recommended fluid and change the fluid at the regular recommended intervals.
