With Jorge and the rest of the crop of 250 kids, people will be leaving GP sooner than they think. With the dirt track background many Americans have, which doesn't work with the 800, it'll probably be some of them.
Re: Is it a matter of riding style or weight of Pedrosa?
Yes Hayden was fast. After the race. Perhaps the new chassis stuff is the answer. From what I've read getting the wheels out of line on these bikes kills your lap time. As far as style vs size I have to believe it's both. That being said Nicky can't change him self physically. That leaves style. I've heard that he is trying to address that, but it's hard for a body to unlearn what it's been doing for years. As the GP bikes get smaller style will increasing become important. Can't wait till their 4 stroke 500's. I think that it's sad that if I were to ask how many people know who Steve Bonsey it few would be able to answer. I think that fewer and fewer "outsiders" will be seen in MotoGp. Their farm system is fantastic. I'd bet something insignificant that Toseland won't get the nod .....
