Why the cruiser market is in trouble.

Spudly you bring up a great point why the cruiser market is in trouble. In addition, to bad demographics (a euphemistic way of saying baby boomers will no longer be able to ride either by death or illness)), many cruiser riders will become bored with cruisers. You can bet the new Busa will be better than ever... I actually like the Concours 14 and could see myself going cross country on one..



kpaul sez cruisers are a dying breed, get a bike that handles and stops better. It is far safer to ride a sportbike like the Busa than a Softtail.. Better to avoid the accident that be in one. Cruisers are sitting ducks..

More kconspiracy theories. Hey guys.. Gone one week and look what happens. I renewed under kpaul_II but the kfilter that RacerBoy implemented is still in effect. i.e. when I am logged in as kpaul_II , when I try to reply to a thread I get the following page.. I sent it to Fonz. When he finished laughing he said he will fix it for me when the subscription page gets fixed. I'll be Chicago next week...

Right Fred said we were going to Satellite based receiver/transmitters on our motorcycles, recording our every move.. Remember Connexion satellite time is expensive specially transmit/receive. i.e. costs vs payoff was sorely lacking in Fred's analysis. Then there was the alleged quote by the Surgeon General or someone like that about motorcyclist being the s***** of the earth.. Which couldn't be collaborated with independent press reports.
