The most annoying thing about this forum

The SPAM. It's not just for dinner, it's for breakfast & an aftrernoon snack too. I would rather they fix the pic posting & disallow links alltogether. 12 spam posts this morning from same guy, 3-4 last night from a different guy. In the last 24 hours the spam has outnumbered the real posts. Rant over.

Dammit! I wanted to be the most annoying thing about this forum!

The update to this site was 10 years ago.
(Pssst! A Star Ride! There is no "Motorcycle.com forum Technical Staff!)

(At least, as far as is apparent.)

One thing you can say, though. This site is consistent!
The food pyramid recommends 2-4 serving of spam a day. Glad to see your getting your daily intake :p
I couldn't agree with you more!

AStarRide, I couldn't agree with you more! The spam is soooo getting on my nerves! Every morning, I get up and there are usually 10-20 spam posts. Aaargh!!!
The most annoying thing is the people who never stop complaining. Of course I have the power to handle that. Be glad that I'm not a "progressive". (Another word for fascist.)

Do you feel I have a track record of complaining?

No - but I have one.

I've probably got more "Report This Post" submissions than the entire rest of the forum combined.....

Sleeping in the boiler room is more like it.
Well, I was trying to be a little bit polite...

Hey, the family and I are heading toward your neck-o'-the-woods tomorrow!

Going to Yellowstone, via SLC!

First time for us in that part of our Great Nation!

It'll be nice to get away from this heat! Supposed to be over a Century again today!

And, it's a 'wet heat!'

Working like a Hebrew slave more like it. In the middle of doing a re-tube on a Foster-Wheeler D type. I'm acting as project coordinator between our Engineering dept, Construction management and the General Contractor. That's outside our recently taking over an old plant equipped with two 60 year old Powermaster firetubes that haven't been touched for a good 10 years or so, that's being renovated to crank out P8's. All that plus the normal summer's boiler cleanings and upgrades and going through the hiring process to add a second shift Operator.

I did get to be on TV Memorial Day, KOMO, KING5 and even CNN picked up a run we did to bury 7 unclaimed Vietnam veteran remains at Mt Tahoma National Cemetery with full honors. I was the fat bald guy in the yellow 'stitch if you happened to catch it......

Other than that just screwin' the pooch as usual, it's actually warmed up to the 70's here after a long wet winter, I even washed the bikes!

Watch out for the polygamist kidnappers.

"Herding kittens" comes to mind.......Did you retire yet, geezer? I've got some pretty good FS roads mapped out for you, El Tigre may even keep the Gelande Strasse Panzerkampfenwaggon in sight on some of the easier ones.......
As I said....
Hey, at least with the fires off, it'll be cooler an' the Office A/C won't have to work near as hard......
