It's a bloodbath on our highways, who's gonna notice a few "extras"?



If you're operating a vehicle on a highway it is common knowledge that extended inattention will likely cause death and/or serious injury, for yourself or others. How a distraction resulting in an accident isn't considered assault with a deadly weapon is beyond me. You want to not pay attention? Do so on the couch!



In a certain way I look at it like gunplay with guns known to be loaded and here me, on a bike, not even having a knife...



It is clear to me that my life, as a Motorcyclist, is not highly valued in our culture. With that knowledge I reserve the Right to self-defense in taking actions I consider appropriate at the moment. Florida has some funny new laws that help level the playing field.

Indeed, not "their" right to give or take. Rather more than slightly presumptuous of "them" to try to give us something We already have.



The "Stand your ground law" merely sets legal protections for someone exercising their right to self-defense.

Until the "plan" to circumvent the electoral college gets enough states to sign on any meaningful chances for third party candidates won't be happening. The Crooks represented by the two major parties have no interest in sharing the wealth with other viable parties.

By God! If the President was selected by a popular vote of the People that would be like... Democracy!

Maybe these powerful forces would facilitate this change for the good of the Country? Good one.
