Warped brake rotors are not normal. Maybe there was some drag on your brakes because of some misalignment? Haven't heard of too many cases of warped rotors on the newer Harleys. Why did you pay them to replace them when you could have done the job yourself for lots less? But a manual and dig in. Braking too hard isn't the reason either, unless you are dragging the brakes for miles on end.
