I am rebuilding a 1983 Kawasaki Spectre 1100. At the fuse panel under the seat, I am getting power to all the fuses. The head light works on both high and low but, I have no directionals, running lights, tail light or brake light. The horn also doesn't work. Like I said earlier, I've checked for power at the fuse panel, and checked the bulbs. The only thing I haven't checked is to see if I'm getting power at each point. Besides that I don't know where else to look. Besides the wiring problem, I've just about got the bike back in shape. It runs mint. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes, it certainly is a wiring problem.

The headlight circuit is most likely separate from the main power circuit that powers everything else. You will need to trace that circuit until you find the break.

I'm assuming you have a wiring diagram for the bike. That makes it much easier.
