I am rebuilding a 1983 Kawasaki Spectre 1100. At the fuse panel under the seat, I am getting power to all the fuses. The head light works on both high and low but, I have no directionals,running lights, tail light or brake light. The horn also doesn't work. Like I said earlier, I've checked for power at the fuse panel, and checked the bulbs. The only thing I haven't checked is to see if I'm getting power at each point. Besides that I don't know where else to look. Besides the wiring problem, I've just about got the bike back in shape. It runs mint. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
