Steven, it's just a matter of an accumulation of painful encounters of various parts of the motor with my shins. The black potentiometer box on the throttle body left a nice dent on a shin once. Not being used to having cylinders down there means that more than once I just kicked the cylinders with my shins (again) when lowering a foot at stop lights. Guess that my long legs dont help here and that you can get used to that in the end (or always wear extra long boots). Cheers, Y.
