VERY different niches...
The ZX-10R is an uncomfortable, uncompromising superbike. Its designed to go around a road-course racetrack at absolutely insane speeds.
The ZX-14 is a hypertourer: A long and low VFR fitted with a Transwarp drive. Its designed to blur the scenery on the Autobahn at an electronically limited 300 kph, and to post <10s drag-strip times out of the box.
Me, I'd get the ZX-14: Comfort counts, and if I want a track bike, thats what an EX250 is for.
